Day 2 and all is well.  I worked on strength training this morning.  It’s a lot tougher than it looks.  But, I can tell that I’m working rarely used muscles, so the benefit is that I’ll tone up some of these muscles.  When I got home from work I did some more yoga and balance stuff.   I unlocked some more workout stuff, so it was a productive day.

I need to start working on the aerobics more.  Those exersizes require a lot of coordination and rhythm.  I need to work harder on those to do better at these exersizes.  Still, every little bit helps.

Oh and according to the thing today:

  • Wii Fit age: 43!!!!  :-D
  • BMI down as well!

So, a productive day 2.  Hopefully, tomorrow morning I can get a longer workout in.  I have to work to get to bed sooner.  I find that discipline is definitely NOT my strong suit. :-)
