Today was very productive Wii Fit-wise. I did 30 minutes+ this morning before work. About 2 hours of Wii AT work in the afternoon (we had a dev-game-day in the afternoon and I took my Wii to share with everyone) good times was had by all. Then at home again, I did another 10 minutes.
- Wii Fit Age – 39 (WOOT!)
- BMI – Sadly, my BMI went up slightly as did my weight (less than a pound, so not bad really).
I have unlocked a few more things to do as well. As you may be able to tell, I’m really enjoying this thing and I’m very hopeful that it will do exactly what I wanted – get me active and increase my strength, muscle tone, balance, and cardio. You really, REALLY need to get one!!!!
