Wii Fit – Day 4, 5 and a start at day 6

Ok, I took day four off.  I had things to do away from the house.  But, I got back to it after midnight and the Wii dutifully told me I was up late, past my bedtime.   I still did some stuff since I wanted to have some workout.  Then, in the morning, I woke up and got back to it.  I ended up with a bunch of time spent and I unlocked more yoga, strength, and aerobic exersizes.  I ended up with a Wii Fit age higher than the day before.  It must have been the pizza and eating at Ruby Tuesday and sitting on my ass there all afternoon on Saturday! LOL

• Wii Fit Age: 46 (from late last night)
• BMI: up from yesterday, but not bad.

Then, after I got up on Sunday, I did more, as I said above.  Spent the day working on webstuff as well as doing some spraying for weeds.  I also cooked both pork chops (baked in the oven coated with a mustard/bread crumb crust and no oil.  In the evening I cooked salmon steaks in butter along with baked potatoes.  YUM!   After some more web surfing, I got back to the Wii for a late evening workout with the idea that I’d redo the fitness test to, hopefully, bump up my workout stats.  Sadly, my Wii Fit age went up, but my BMI went down!  And, I unlocked more content.  I can really feel the work in my abs and legs.  Still, it’s all good and I love the workouts and wish I could do them longer, but usually the morning workout has to be cut short to get ready for work.  Oh well.  All in good time, right?

• Wii Fit Age: 50
• BMI: down again, and lower than my lowest BMI earlier this week! 

So, I’ll do another workout in the morning (I’m off for the Memorial Day holiday, so I can work as long as I want) and then an evening workout and remeasure for the day.  See you later!
