It’s now 11 days since I got the Fit board.  I have managed to do a full workout 10 of those 11 days.  And, while my progress is slow, I AM very definitely feeling better and gaining strength and coordination.  I have unlocked all of the Yoga, Strength training, and Balance stuff and all but 2 or 3 of the Aerobic exersizes.  One of the biggest changes I see is that I’m now much more aware of my posture and balance.  I find myself sitting up straighter more often and noticing how I stand and how my body moves as I stand “still”.

So, I definitely give the Wii Fit a very BIG WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!

Now, if only I could correct my eating habits, I’d see a much bigger progression in my fitness.  Maybe Nintendo could develop the Wii Eat.  :D
