It’s been a while since I posted about my Wii Fit progress. I have achieved a second goal and continue to build up strength and aerobics points, reps, and difficulty. I have also started to really settle on a workout routine that lets me build up strength/balance while also not overtaxing different areas. I am trying to do mostly leg workouts on M/W/F and arm workouts T/Th/Sa. Sunday is usually a free-for-all day. I also do the step-boxing aerobics and work my abs and waist on all days. I try to do at least 20-30 minutes in the morning before getting ready for work and at least 30-45 minutes in the evening.

So, results:
BMI is down to 30.49 from my starting BMI of 31.51.
Weight is down to 217.8 from my starting Weight of 225.1

That’s 7.3 lbs in 21 days. Not too shabby. Yeah for me!!!!! :-)
