I got to do the Advanced Step-boxing today. It’s quite a bit faster paced. Still, I managed to get 4 scores above 1100 pts, with the best being 1308. This level lasts 13 minutes. So I only need to do it twice in the morning and twice at night to really get some workout. Sadly, because I ate junkfood for dinner, I think my BMI/weight went up slightly in spite of the workout.

That’s ok, I can still make my goal. Just have to have better discipline about eating out.
