I am down to 206 pounds as of this morning. I’m on track to meet my next weight goal next week of 204. If I make it, that will be 21 pounds since I got the Wii Fit in May. How freakin cool is that?!?!?! I’m also doing things like 2 sets of 30 jackknifes, 2 sets of 60 second planks and managing 80s and 90s in many of the the yoga poses. I’m up to almost 72 total Wii Fit hours in 85 days. Because of the visit with Steph, I managed to slack off a bit. The good news is that in spite of this lack of exersize, my weight only went up about 1.5 pounds, which I have already lost again. So, I’m definitely on a roll here.
