I’m just 2 days from 90 full days of Wii Fit-ness.   I’m still going strong, and getting stronger.  I found out today that you can only “earn” up to 3 hours of fitness credits each day.  I have also found recently, that the Free Step aerobic activity lets you do 10/20/30 minute blocks of step AND you can turn the TV to normal channels, thus allowing you to watch TV whilst working out.  I can do 3400 to 3600 steps in 30 minutes!  Two blocks of this gives me 1 hour of credit and burns a LOT of calories.  If I do 3 blocks, I easily surpass 10,000 steps per day, which from what I understand, is a recommended “goal” for anyone trying to stay fit.

Anyhow, my stats thus far:

May 21:       225.1 pounds, a BMI of 31.51

August 16:  204.6 pounds, a BMI of 28.64

That is 20.5 pounds in less than 90 days!!!!  I’m averaging a loss of seven pounds per month.  Not too shabby, if you ask me.  And, if you don’t ask me, well, I still think it’s not too shabby.  Your desire to ask me or not is entirely out of my hands.  At this rate, I should be BELOW 200 pounds for the first time in over 10 years by the middle of September.  Yes, a lean, mean, Crazy machine is what I’ll be.  :-)

I will check in on Monday and let y’all know what my final 90 day progress total is.
