Today, I weighed in at 198 pounds!!!!!!!!! 27 pounds in 103 days. Not bad for a 43 year old guy, eh???
Ok, week two is finished. I’m still on track and doing great. To wrap up: Day 1: 12/12/9/7/15(5 more than the minimum) Day 2: 16/13/11/11/17(2 more than the minimum) Day 3: 15/15/12/12/20(5 more than the minimum) Exhaustion Test: 27!!!! On to week 3!
