Still holding at 198. Had a rough week, but managed to get back to where I was a week ago. I’m starting to worry that maybe I’ll hit a wall soon. I mean, I can’t eliminate many more calories or add more workouts to the mix. But, I’m hoping to hit 180 by the end of the year. That would be 45 pounds lost in a little over 6 months. And, counting from last summer it would be closer to 58 pounds lost in 18 months!
