Wii Fit – Day 191

Ok, so it’s been a LONG time since my last update.  I’ve been doing great though, so don’t despair! 

On the 180th day of my Wii Fit Odyssey, I weighed in and got:

BMI of 25.74, Weight of 183.9 lbs.  That is 41.2 lbs BELOW my start weight.  That’s approx. 7 lbs for every 30 days of Wii Fit use.  Now, that’s not all attributable to the Wii Fit, but the Fit has definitely been the catalyst and the inspiration for me to keep up this “odyssey”.  I’m now soooo close to my goal, I can almost smell it.

Now, as of yesterday, my progress was:

BMI of 25.34 and a weight of 181.0 lbs.  This means that in about 2 lbs and a little more, I’ll “officially” be out of the “Overweight” category and into the “Normal” category.  Sadly, this is all taking place the weekend of Thanksgiving, so the temptation to overeat is huge.  But, I have every intention of sticking to my guns and hopefully, by my next “goal” deadline of 11/30, I might be down to 180.  Wish me luck!
