		<description><![CDATA[Round 2 of the second week is in the books, except for the exhaustion test.  I did: 15/15/12/12/23.  That&#8217;s 3 more than week 2 last week and EIGHT more than the minimum for the last set.  So, I feel confident that I&#8217;ll be moving on to week 3 at last, on Tuesday.]]></description>

<p>Week 2 &#8211; Day 1: 12/12/9/7/12 (2 more than minimum - 3 less than the first go-round)</p>
<p>Week 2 &#8211; Day 2:  16/13/11/11/20 (5 more than the minimum &#8211; 3 more than the first go-round)</p>
<p>So, I&#8217;m on pace to match or beat my first go-round of week 2.  Next stop: Saturday.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok, so I started this today, August 17th.  With some trepidation, I did my initial test and going in, I thought seven to twelve would be fantastic.  Imagine my surprise when 17 was my limit!  Not bad for 43, overweight, and just starting to get back into shape via the Wii Fit.  So, I start the routine tomorrow and I&#8217;m thinking maybe all this exercise is going to make me a stud and irresistible to the women!!!  We&#8217;ll see.  In the end, I&#8217;ll be in better shape and healthier, so that&#8217;s all that matters really.</p>
<p>So, officially, my initial test: 17 pushups.</p>

<p>Still, even if I don&#8217;t make it in 6 weeks, I&#8217;m SURE that I will be in FAR better shape than I am currently.  Between this and the Wii Fit regimen, I&#8217;ll be quite the stud!  HAH!!!!</p>
